Earlier today the President of the Dominican Republic issued the Presidential Decree No.091-20 approving the new Frequency Allocation Program (PNAF in Spanish) which includes the 60 meters band for the country.
With this approval, now Dominican Republic ham operators are authorized to operate on 60m, according to the following:
5 351.5 – 5 366.5 KHz with a maximum of 25w.
So, as of today, 60m is legal in the Dominican Republic.
